The real estate industry has and continues to dramatically change. There may be significant benefits and advantages to the respective members of each association should the two association join forces; and
Task Forces for both GAOR and PFAR have met to explore the idea of merging the two Associations and have concluded and now recommend that it would be beneficial to its members and the association to explore the idea of merger.

THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED:

GAOR and PFAR should explore, investigate and study the idea of merging the two associations, and will seek input and comments from its members. The associations will be committed to a process which is deliberative, cautious, thorough, and transparent to the members of the two Associations.
